So at 2 pm today Michigan finally will no longer be “too close to call”? That will be worth celebrating!
While it would have been nice to have seen Michigan formally called earlier (due to a larger margin in Trump’s favour, of course), I recall another Freeper on another thread remarking about how formalizing/certifying it now makes a recount request look even more absurd.
I believe mr Trump will object. At least when I checked some time back, a losing candidate like Jill has to show a reason for a recount and she didn’t -a recount is not warranted. Even Jill and the computer people she cited admitted they have zero evidence of any election fraud (!!!amazing admission given what she’s asked for !!!she needed a lawyer to shut her up, ha ha !!!!)Also, Jill can’t win at any event so doing a recount for her would be an Idle exercise — Michigan should deny her request
It is utterly ridiculous that my state acts like this amount of time to wrap this thing up is even remotely acceptable.

Someone needs to stop this insanity.
It is insanity that a 1% candidate can clog up the entire system.
Trump should object. He should raise the issue of where her funds are coming from. If any came from offshore she is guilty of the very thing she is claiming to be defending against.
Is the MI SoS a Soros beneficiary?

[Is the MI SoS a Soros beneficiary?]
The most important pol in every state. Read an article about Soros’ attempt to corrupt each one.
So Trump was certified as the winner today. Once certified, I thought a recount is out of the question?
How interesting.
- Michigan certifies on 28 November.
- Stein requests recount on 30 November.
- Trump files written objections on 7 December (seven days).
- Board of Canvassers holds hearing on 8 December.
- Board of Canvassers issues ruling on 13 December.
- Federal Law requires electors to be appointed NLT 13 December.
She is a socialist commie. It took only 2% to overthrow the Russian czar.
No. Ruth Johnson (R) is by the book and cares about election integrity.
Thanks.

In FL 2000, the FL SecState certified Bush as the winner, and those electors actually sent their votes to the House of Representatives. I never really understood why SCOTUS didnt just declare that to be dispositive, and the Bush v. Gore case to be moot.
And why doesnt MI do the same thing now???
Maybe Trump should parody the challenges to the MI, WI, and PA votes by someone who only got a few percent of the vote there by challenging the CA vote.Sauce for the goose . . .
I thought I read Stein was dropping Michigan?
