Daughters not replying, Wife’s going nuts.
I assume one of a few things: 1) she’s still asleep, 2) she’s run her battery dead, 3) they shut off certain cell towers due to the incident (and yes her dorm is right there next to the area), 4) in the excitement she’s not thinking about who’s trying to get hold of her.
She doesn’t have any classes this morning nor any ever in Watts, but does go by there on occasion. We texted and called which is why I’m thinking one of the first 3 is at issue. Course the Mrs doesn’t care for cold analytical probability in times like this....
I’ve been through one of these. The cell towers get overwhelmed.
I pray she is fine.
Likely, however, she probably would not be thinking too much about phones if she is occupied.
Also, a statement was made about turning down your phone (don’t draw attention with ringers and so on). So, possibly she just can’t hear it, hasn’t checked. Or just doesn’t have it on.
Have you checked Facebook? They initiated their safety check.
It won’t help now, but you all need to download Life360. You can tell exactly where her phone is at all times, a history of movements and even tells you battery life.
Both my girls have it. I don’t abuse it, but it’s provided peace of mind numerous times.
It’s #2. Texting everyone she knows! I’m sure she’s safe. Don’t worry.
