Why, you know, it's the "seriousness of the charge" that counts!
She has no evidence.
The petition presents speculation and a hypothetical series of events that might compromise election technologies, but presents no information that any such compromise has occurred and no information that any of those hypothetical events have occurred.
Her petition specifically states in item 3(g) that a manual recount is necessary to determine if any evidence exists to support her belief.
Wisconsin law [Wis. Stat. § 9.01(1)(a)2.b] states the petitioner must be “informed and believe”, both must be true. Being informed means “possessing information”, “based on information”, “understanding the facts”. She has presented no facts to inform her belief.
Her petition should be denied.

Her evidence is just the works and words of her computer experts and some news clippings as far as I can tell. I tried to read her filing from the article but the only part of it I could see was what I posted above.
