“He” doesn’t need to. Just tell Attorney General Jeff Sessions to use his independent discretion to enforce the law. Simple as that and who can disagree with enforcing the law without looking like an utter feces extraction portal?
Let the penalty be: Confiscate the Clinton Foundation money and give it to countries that need it and/or....build a wall.

Remember, the Clinton Foundation filed 5 years of revised returns. I think we need more info on that and also see if we can find a Podesta or Chelsea warning about the returns.

People should be reminded of her harsh, condemning words when she was asked about Trump possibly doing this same thing. Shows she is a total phony, does what she claims outrages her.
