The election is legitimately Trump’s, but the Presidency is far from secure for him.
Tell the electors in red states that you will protect them from liberal violence, and they have nothing to worry about in voting for Trump; if they vote for Hillary even though Trump has rightfully earned their vote, they need to know that there will be consequences.
If we are going to spend money on recounts, we need to make sure the people counting the votes get rid of the illegal/dead/duplicate votes in their state, and make sure they don’t stuff the boxes with more illegitimate votes. When illegitimate Clinton voters are removed and legitimate Trump voters are added, Trump wins the popular vote by at least 5 million votes... and that number is a very low estimate.
I don’t think a recount would do a very good job of filtering out illegal votes at this point (there are too many liberals with too much time on their hands to harass the election commissions), but it would be hilarious if it ended up proving the truth of a Trump popular vote victory. Ultimately, though, it wouldn’t shut liberals up... that job will fall onto We The People.

His presidency is a mandate from the majority of people who are citizens of our Constitutional Republic.
You may be able to determine an individual voted illegally, but unless its an early/absentee ballot, there is no way to determine whom that person voted for. The voting booth is sacred, remember?
