I have several adult academically-employed acquaintances, even older than I, who can’t seem to shake the dependent, cocoon-like thinking fostered therein.

It is because we don’t have an “education” system. We have always had an indoctrination system since the Humanist/Communist John Dewey destroyed Classical Christian curricula in 1930. (Father of American “Education”—lol)
It is a “programming” system of dependency-—to embed dependency in all people put through the system of operant conditioning- (yes, like Pavlov’s dog) so that when people “graduate” from this programming system (using psychological warfare on minds of little children), they will be incapable of agency (thinking for themselves). They will only “believe” what is being broadcast from the MSM and if they ever hear the “Truth/God”, they will have cognitive dissonance to the degree that they will have to end all debate, etc. since they were programmed with lies all their lives so that Truth will offend and cause mental illness (literally).They were never taught the Socratic Method, the Aristotelian Logic, the beautiful Myths of Western Civilization-—it is all erased so they are ignorant and dumb for life.

We need PARENTS (male/female) to RAISE their OWN children and to allow them a NATURAL REALITY so they will never be susceptible and warped by irrationality where Up is Down and Boys are Girls, etc.
