You posted “But to target THREE states”. That’s what they did in Florida in 2000. They wanted to recount the votes ONLY in the highly democrat counties. Thankfully, the SC finally said “Count them all or shut it down”.
Someone should file to recount in states where Hillary won claiming that it’s unfair to recount only in states where Trump won. Every vote should count.

I remember Florida. But that was one state, and they thought they could get away with counting just a few counties and thus swing the election to Gore. I could understand if they thought that in the present election, that by re-counting the votes in a given state, that they might prevail. But this is a wholly different matter now that they are demanding recounts in three states, hoping to swing all three in Hillary's favor. It's preposterous. As I indicated in the prior post, if Stein wants to pay for an audit of her votes, fine. But the states should limit the counting to her votes only, and not count the votes of other candidates. That is none of Stein's business.
