That's why you rarely see a woman with children as a PS, especially one with smaller children.
Since Herbert Hoover in 1929 there has been 32 press secretaries. Only 2 have been women....Dee Dee Myers who served about 11 months, and Dana Perino who served around 28 months. There are reasons for this...and the reasons probably have nothing to do at all with ability or gender discrimination.
As for Katrina and Andrea, give me a break. Accomplished ladies in their particular spheres, of course, but not press secretary material....neither one.
I have not yet seen a name that impresses me for this particular complex, weighty, demanding and critical appointment.
Mr. Trump will choose the fittest of the pool, I'm positive.

Katrina would be excellent, IMHO.
Thank you for your comments. I read threads hoping for informative comments such as yours. They’ve become fewer and fewer at FR, unfortunately. But FR is still my favorite.
Laura Ingrahm would be excellent. But if you teally wanna mess with then, name co-press secretaries Diamond & Silk.
“Oh no you did-n’t just ask that stupid question. March yourself right to the back, Megyn Kelly or Kelly Megyn, or whatever your name is.”
Laura Ingraham doesn't light you up?
