This week the country loudly let the PEOTUS know mittens was not on most favored list. Trump let the media know they were NOT on his most favored list. A snark designer who helped keep MO tacky advised other designers to stay away from Melania professionally. We ate too much probably on Thanksgiving and we possibly weren't appreciative enough of the blessings in this life.
Oddly, I recently read about Florence Henderson, bragging about her numerous “friends with benefits” at the age of 81. I guess it was a little more than her ol’ heart could handle. I thought for an 81 year old woman, she had a pretty shoddy outlook on life. Sad.

Good morning everyone! Today the Christmas madness begins for me. I’m making my own Thanksgiving dinner, decorating for Christmas, and I have a lot of baking to do because my quilt group gathers at my house this Wednesday. There will be a lot of breaks in the action, as I have had both hands and one elbow operated on in the last two months. I’m trying to get back to normal without over doing it...
One year I had to quickly buy GC’s for customers. I’d forgotten my store club card (for the 4x points) and tried my phone number. That didn’t work, so I tried Sis’ phone number.....
Guess who got ALL of those gas points? Sis was beyond thrilled, about that!

The lefttards are doing whatever they can to try to NOT make Trump President. Only about 24 days until the electoral college votes.

There were the threats, etc. to electors. Then claims that some voting machines were rigged.

Then Jill Stein wants a recount in PA and WI. She has NO chance of winning in either state - not sure how it works, but it seems to me she has a deal/colluded with Hillary, the Dims, and/or Soros. She has to pay for the recounts, but seems to have accumulated the required funds rather quickly (I can surmise where at least some of it came from - GS).
It is not about her. The recount is to accidentally expose the fact that Hillary actually garnered more votes! Hanging chad creators, dimple checkers, and those who can devine voter's intent are being rounded up as we speak (write).
Per the link I posted up thread, Fauxohauntus and Elijah Cummings want the GAO to investigate Trump and his businesses.

All in all, their futile attempts to subvert the will of the people have come to a screeching halt, and they were rejected by the whole country, save LA and NYC, both cesspools of their own design carried to the logical conclusion of their brilliant leadership and political acumen.

I found it very suspicious when Hitlery was never asked if she would contest the election if Trump won as he was asked if she won.
Now they are throwing everything against the wall to see if something will stick.
All Rush did the other day is talk non-stop on this subject, had to turn off as was sooooo depressing.
Trump probably has his lawyers ready to counter so I try not to worry.
Ha! I used to take one of the pumpkin and one or two of the others from Costco to work now and then - everyone was very appreciative.
They are very good and such a low price for such a big pie. My sister and I were discussing this last night - she said a can of pumpkin is about $2. It would require at least 2-3 cans to make a pie that size, so it’s not worth my time and effort to make one, plus I haven’t made a pie in years and I always had trouble with the crust. That said, those that enjoy making pies and enjoy doing so should carry on.
That’s great. Apparently, Trump needs to get back to the Norway PM, though it would seem to me, the Norway PM should be calling Trump - Norway PM, get over yourself, you’re just not “all that”.

Geez, lots of surgeries for you. Please don’t over do and give your elbow and hands a chance to heal properly. Sounds like you’ll be a busy woman! I keep saying I need to get going on more things around here and start on Christmas cards and a letter (I’m always late). Need to get my tushie in gear!

Thanks for the good response! I used to hear (therefore think) that the LWVs were “non-partisan”. I learned over time that nothing could be further from the truth.
