lemme guess...
Hate crime
There are probably more like him at home.
Why if Obama had a son, he would look just like Weeks..;.
As usual, there is no picture of the perp! Funny how that nearly always means he/she is Black!
If he was on the platform waiting for the train, how do they know he was a straphanger rather than a seatsitter?
The perp was just expressing his views on white privilege - another Hilly voter who is too stupid to get off the plantation...
As if having to take the train doesn’t suck enough, there is always the threat of these psychos pushing people onto the tracks.
Happens every year.
When you grow up in NYC the first thing parents tell their kids on their first subway ride is don’t stand near the edge of the platform because somebody will push you in front of the train.
NYC, a GREAT place to live!
Someone tell me... What the heck is unusual about a black man shoving a white person onto the tracks? Happens all the time.
Only white people commit hate crimes, we all know that. S/
I just had a conversation with my husband about standing away from the train - far behind the yellow line and up against a stanchion. My mother, in the 40s, was thrown on the subway tracks by a maniac and was fished out by concerned citizens. It’s left a fearful mark on me. I use my own system: constantly monitoring anyone near me or walking near me. I fear my husband is too busy on his Iphone. What a country!
That’s some sort of joke? This is pretty serious.
Must be part of the “post-racial America” Odickhead was supposed to usher in.
"Straphanger" is New Yorkese for someone who takes public transportation.
No, it’s just an observation. A person standing on a subway platform is not on the train hanging on to a strap. Of COURSE it’s serious that someone tried to push the person on to the tracks, but didn’t succeed.
Ah, a foreign language, I see. My bad.
Someone needs to remind him it is us white folks who pay for his food stamps, housing, etc. Let him provide these for himself instead of depending on us for support and see how far he gets.
People who ride trains in NYC are called straphangers. They’re not called people who sit in seats.
LOL. Yep.
