I hope people are studying that. It appears that it was impossible for ANYONE to file a suit in ANY jurisdiction. They all for tossed for lack of standing or lack or proof of direct harm.
Very frustrating to watch. Hopefully we can get SOME kind of mechanism to enforce our Constitution. I do have hope for the new SCOTUS — Trump may end up picking 3, maybe 4 Justices and his cabinet so far tells us he is going very Conservative in his appointments.
We The People are never granted any standing because The Powers That Be are always cutting our legs out from under us.
