Tuesday on MSNBCs Morning Joe, Trump spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway confirmed the shows earlier report that the incoming Trump administration will not pursue charges against his general election opponent Hillary Clinton for her use of an unauthorized email server while secretary of state and on any of the alleged wrongdoing involving her and her familys charitable organization the Clinton Foundation.
According to Conway, Clinton still faces a challenge in rebuilding her own image and suggested this was part of Trump helping the former first lady heal."

TRUMP SPEAKS FOR TRUMP.
AND TRUMP LEAVES HIS OPTIONS ON THE TABLE UNTIL HE SAYS HE’S TAKING THEM OFF THE TABLE.
wouldn’t ??
I wonder what concessions Trump got in exchange for this.
Never trust .gov to do the right thing.
Not without the Justice Department they won't. Who else would prosecute?
However the Clinton Crime Foundation probe is continuing right along by the FBI.
If an administration concludes that they will not press charges in a particular case, then the FBI will stop investigating those charges.
That’s what happened in July. Comey declared that there would be no charges pressed in the Hillary email server case, and the FBI stopped investigating. Judge Napolitano claims from his sources that the FBI field agents were asking to see Hillary’s medical records and that is why he announced there would be no charges, in order to stop the investigation.
It was only when the NYPD came across Weiner’s laptop that Comey agreed the FBI agents could start investigating again, but limited to that item.
If Trump announces there will be no charges against Clinton on the email server or the foundation, which it appears to be what his spokesmen is saying, then there will be no FBI investigations into those matters.
The liberal media is absolutely giddy about this. If true....this is incredibly disturbing and disappointing.
I’ll wait to see how this plays out.
I suspect the investigation into the email scandal, since we know it already includes Top Secret Special Access into, will go on, but vital national secrets are at stake if this went to trial.
At the same time, we must know what she secrets she made vulnerable.

You have a great imagination!
Your extrapolations are pure science fiction.

yes, wouldn’t, sorry my white under education is showing! lol
No need to pardon her now, not that Obama was ever planning on it.
And if Obama does NOT pardon Hillary no need to, right? and if Trumps AG recommends and pursues investigations, then thats just the way it goes, eh?
Trump's AG will do what his president directs him to do. In this instance it's drop the Clinton criminal investigations.
I see no downside.
Hillary Clinton escaping justice isn't a downside?
As some have speculated, Trump may have struck a deal with Hitlery to either disappear on HER terms or on his....Either way, I’m too excited about the future of this country to worry about the witch, UNLESS of course we find out she’s had a hand in the harming of children.
“She’s Been Through Enough”
Cry her a friggin river.
What about what she and her Progressive commie kabal have put the American people through?
Pussy.
I think that what it means is exactly what it says. Hillary is being let off the hook.
If you were going to let the investigations proceed on their own, then issuing a public statement that you’re not interested in pursuing them would not make any sense. You’re in effect sending a message to the prosecutors to hold up.
I sense a narrative being pushed and I’m surprised Breitbart can’t provide better confirmation than an msnbc clip
Hillary Clinton can heal in prison.
She would have lots of time to heal there.
All this running around is just going to open up her wounds and make her bleed more.
Exactly.

That would make him a one-term president.
He needs to figure out where his bread is buttered.
