Kellyanne Conway Confirms Trump ‘Doesn’t Wish to Pursue’ Hillary Charges
Breitbart ^ | 22 Nov 2016 | Jeff Poor

Posted on 11/22/2016 9:52:12 AM PST by detective

Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Trump spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway confirmed the show’s earlier report that the incoming Trump administration will not pursue charges against his general election opponent Hillary Clinton for her use of an unauthorized email server while secretary of state and on any of the alleged wrongdoing involving her and her family’s charitable organization the Clinton Foundation.

According to Conway, Clinton still faces a challenge in rebuilding her own image and suggested this was part of Trump helping the former first lady “heal."

My best die-hard, pro-Trump interpretation of this: Trump knows that the #pizzagate child-trafficking pedophile murder ring is going to blow the email scandal completely off the radar.

President Trump had the coattails of course! Repubs rule everything nationally and on the state level as well despite a majority of American’s being fed up with them. This is all due to President Trump’s historic COATTAILS

Before this election the Republicans controlled 66 of 99 state legislative bodies and 32 of 50 state legislatures. They had a majority of governors. All of this occurred before Trump announced and while Trump was still sending campaign contributions to Democrats. For you to say that this is the result of Trump's coattails is the product either of ignorance or willful dissembling.

These results were due to two factors: 1. The execrable performance of Barack Obama; 2. The hard work of true conservatives in the Tea Party movement over many years.

I'll answer my own question which you seem to be incapable of addressing: in Florida Rubio got more votes than Trump. Likewise in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, New Hampshire, Ohio. Every Republican senator that I know of ran ahead of Trump. He was brought into office on their coattails.

Well give President Trump a year before you attack him. He’s not even in office right now

I should give Trump a year when it took him only 14 days to betray the essence of what he campaigned on and everyone who supports him?

Now is the time to attack him for this betrayal because there is still a chance that he might recant. This is not just loyalty to the man which is at stake but the rule of law. Hillary Clinton's crimes are but a metaphor for the whole thread of corruption in Washington, for the swamp that Trump insisted must be drained. For the promise which helped win him the election.

This is a rank betrayal and must be resisted immediately. Do not condone this betrayal and this cave to corruption with your silence!

This is the way I understood the so-called conflicting reports.

If the FBI thinks they have something, they should continue to investigate. Trump won’t order them to if they don’t have anything. The left just isn’t used to a president who doesn’t use the FBI and IRS to punish his enemies.

Your response is well written and you are 100% correct.

Hell is the answer. All I can offer is that perhaps DJT decided that Clintons will have an eternity in hell to pay for all of their transgressions against those they have harmed, including our great nation. Both Clintons look like hell and he’s betting there’s not four years left between them here on earth.

At the very least, the CGF should be immediately shut down and the monies distributed to rightful charities.

This sets the worst precedent for the lawlessness that will be tolerated.

The only down side that I can see from prosecution is that it would drag in several foreign governments that were corrupt to engage in pay-for-play. Other domestic and foreign global corporations would also come out stinking. With the corrupted Clintons comes the exposure of dozens of other dangerous players.

You’re horribilizing.

Trump never said he isn’t going to repeal Obamacare. He said the new legislation will keep two features of Obamacare.

Trump never said he would build a wall that covers every inch of the border. Everyone knows that isn’t necessary. (Desert areas, etc.)

It is our Captain on the ship, not yours. ;-D

On election Eve in his victory speech, Donald Trump professed a desire to be the president of all the people.

Are you suggesting that that was a lie in addition to his lie about Hillary Clinton belonging in jail?

Wow you seem awfully anxious to want to attack President Trump like the media.

Anyhow, see post #123

President Trump is not in office. Now is the worst time to attack him.

For the record, I am not condoning it. I will reexamine this a year from now.

You are playing Checkers while President Trump is playing Chess.

Quit taking everything at face value given the situation. Let it play out.

You are making too many assumptions way too early.

If we are in the same spot a year from now, then we may need to reexamine it.

Exactly. And if Obama pardons Hillary, he will make a big deal out of the “we don’t prosecute our political opponents in America” crap.

Congress must act. Our elected representatives in the House and Senate must:

Completely repeal Obamacare. Our elected representatives must eliminate the individual mandate. No person should be required to buy insurance unless he or she wants to.

President Trump is not in office. Now is the worst time to attack him.

Now is also the worst time for him to turn his back on major campaign promises, and to disappoint all the hopeful people in LEO across this land who thought he was going to bring positive change in our corrupt government.

Hillary isn't a sitting president, she's not even a former president. What makes her so special that she can escape justice?

They’ll skate.

100%.

Bet the farm.

Investigating the foundation would bring down way too many politicos in DC.

Possibly declarations of war from other countries if even a small fraction of what we suspect is true.

So, halfharted Comey like investigate with same result. And we will have to ‘move on’.

He MUST prevent the development of an Obama Foundation!!!!

Before I saw this thread, I would have bet dollars to donuts that the Obama Foundation will be created when it receives its first donation from the Clinton Foundation (thereby securing a pardon from O'Kenyan).

But, if the Trump administration won't pursue charges, there is no need for that seed money to change hands.

... Or, perhaps this breaking news from the Trump administration is intended to persuade Obama there's no need to embarrass himself and Hillary with a pardon... Then, on January 20 at noon, the Trump DOJ can open its investigation and bring her to justice!

(I can dream, right?)

You said, "Trump never said he isn’t going to repeal Obamacare."

But Trump said, "Congress must act. Our elected representatives in the House and Senate must: Completely repeal Obamacare. Our elected representatives must eliminate the individual mandate. No person should be required to buy insurance unless he or she wants to.

Look, I want Trump to be better than Reagan. I am hoping and praying. In fact, I am expecting him to be very active in rolling back a lot of things (Obamacare, Fed School control, EPA, Regualations, Dodd/Frank, etc.). I am expecting him to re-build the military and aggressively defend and protect our boarders. I am expecting him to create an attractive and advantageous business climate in the USA (Trade deals, tariffs, tax relief, deregulation, etc.). I expect him to strengthen our allies (Missile defense back on in Europe among other things). I expect him bring pride and respect back to America (Make America Great Again).

Call me jaded. But Constitutional Conservative is not his calling. I hope his motivation is about the greatness of this country and our future. I am worried he will be lulled and courted by Moderate GOP Elite and then scared and intimidated by the liberal left politicians and attack dog media. We've been burned by so many "Tea Party Appointed/Elected" politicians who changed their stripes once elected. Trump doesn't even own a history of the positions and values he's been campaigning on. It makes me nervous.

As I said, I hope he is wrangling and working his way to inauguration and then will drop the hammer, find a gear and go into his hardened campaign agenda.

Please, Gawd, don't let him go spineless like the rest of our once "hopefuls."

He will do much more. If you are implying based on the items I stated as my being pathetic, those were just a few of the things I believe he is capable of doing.
