President-elect Donald Trump exploded at media bigs in an off-the-record Trump Tower powow on Monday, sources told The Post.
“It was like a f—ing firing squad,” said one source.
“Trump started with Jeff Zucker and said I hate your network, everyone at CNN is a liar and you should be ashamed….
“The meeting was a total disaster. The TV execs and anchors went in there thinking they would be discussing the access they would get to the Trump administration, but instead they got a Trump-style dressing down,” the source added.
A second source confirmed the encounter.
“The meeting took place in a big board room and there were about 30 or 40 people, including the big news anchors from all the networks…,” the source said.
“Trump kept saying, ‘We’re in a room of liars, the deceitful dishonest media who got it all wrong. He addressed everyone in the room calling the media dishonest, deceitful liars. He called out Jeff Zucker by name and said everyone at CNN was a liar, and CNN was network of liars.
“Trump didn’t say Katy Tur by name, but talked about an NBC female correspondent who got it wrong, then he referred to a horrible network correspondent who cried when Hillary lost who hosted a debate – which was Martha Raddatz who was also in the room.

The truth was told by President Elect Trump - good.
So why are we reading about it in the Post? These people have no honor. What a mistake to trust them with anything.
An honest politician? I guess.
Or just don’t report it. The low-information voters have been called “the no-information voters.”
And we should all be terrified of how near of a thing it was. Trump has a rare gift, and one not likely to be replicated easily. A system that depends on the emergence of a "prophet" to lead us is not a very good system.
It ought not require a man of exceptional talents such as Trump to beat back the media lies and win. Ordinary people ought to be able to win too, and that is simply not the case with the extraordinary bias we currently suffer in the existing media.
I am all for a solution that does not need to be imposed, but I haven't heard anything which inspires any confidence in it's ability to change the status quo.
George HW Bush should have won against utter scumbag traitor Bill Clinton. Hero POW and long term Senator John McCain should have won against "community organizer" nondescript black guy. Successful governor and wealth creator Mitt Romney should have also won against "Baskin Robbins" (his job qualification) dope smoker Obama.
The key ingredient in all these losses is a media which refused to air unflattering or bad information about their candidate. Clinton and Obama should have been treated the way the media treated Sarah Palin. These two guys were real losers and real scumbags, but the media wouldn't cover any of their scumminess. No, the media turned them into popularity gods and then got them elected.
The media affected the direction of the nation by their coverage. Bill Clinton created the conditions for the world trade center attack. Bill Clinton handed the North Koreans a nuclear weapon. Obama is handing Iran a nuclear Weapon.
The effect of media manipulation of the electorate is going to be millions of innocent people killed by the insanity these scumbags have unleashed upon the world.
The price is going to eventually be paid in blood.

There was a story in WWII that the press got wind of the D-Day invasion. The story was that Ike called the war coorespondents into a room, told them the plans and now that they knew, if it showed up in print, they were guilty of treason.
In the very first debate Trump went after the PC culture.

The Post doesn’t published false stories. They were a little biased against Trump right before the election but that’s not the same thing.

freedom of the press was enshrined in the Constitution in order to have a knowledgeable, enlightened, citizenry.
