Excellent!
When they become immigrants and not refugees?
Immigrants??? Buzzfeed??? : INVADERS!!!
If he puts Kobach in charge of DHS, I don’t care about Mitt maybe being SoS—Trump will have done enough for me as it is.
Looks like BF is either blocking comments, or no one gives a flip about their biased *articles*, any more. Hmmmm.
Does Sharia Law supersede the Constitution?
Not a bad question.
All legitimate questions.
Sharia is incompatible with the Constitution as is Islam.
Isn’t that a #FakeNews website.
The National Security Entry-Exit Registration System (NSEERS) or INS Special Registration is a system for registering certain non-citizens within the United States, initiated in September 2002 as part of the War on Terrorism. Portions were suspended as of April 27th, 2011. [NOTE: Below, Wiki says "NSEERS was indefinitely suspended as of April 27, 2011, when the US-VISIT program was instituted as its replacement."]This system has two separate components: port-of-entry registration and domestic registration. In each case, those who register are fingerprinted, photographed, and interviewed. They are required to provide detailed information about their plans and to update Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) if their plans change. They are only permitted to enter and depart the U.S. through designated ports of entry.
Port-of-entry registration is required for nationals of Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, and Syria (including those that were born in these countries but have a passport from a different country)[when?], in addition to any other non-citizen, non-permanent residents determined in advance by the United States Department of State or the INS, or as they enter the country by INS inspectors. This system began on September 10, 2002.
Certain non-citizens who were in the United States prior to September 10, 2002, have been required to register in person at an INS office. This procedure is required of males over the age of sixteen who entered the United States legally on particular types of visa (primarily student, work, and tourist) from certain countries. Countries were named on four occasions:
- Group 1: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan or Syria
- Group 2: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Eritrea, Lebanon, Morocco, North Korea, Oman, Qatar, Somalia, Tunisia, the United Arab Emirates, Yemen
- Group 3: Pakistan, Saudi Arabia
- Group 4: Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Kuwait The deadlines for registration were December 16, 2002 (Group 1), January 10, 2003 (Group 2), February 21, 2003 (Group 3), March 28, 2003 (Group 4). The deadlines for Group 1 and 2 registration were later extended until February 7, 2003. The deadlines for Groups 3 and 4 were extended to March 21, 2003 and April 25, 2003.
As of May 2003, 82,581 individuals had complied with the domestic portion of the program. Of these, at least 13,153 were placed in deportation proceedings. Although the program originally included a requirement to re-register annually, the Department of Homeland Security, which gained jurisdiction over the program, eliminated this requirement.
NSEERS was indefinitely suspended as of April 27, 2011, when the US-VISIT program was instituted as its replacement.
Look at those numbers! 17% of the registrants were DEPORTED! I suspect the number should have been at least twice that.
What? No classificatino headers on the papers? Just right there in full view of the media snapping away with their hi-res cameras. And on top of his portfolio, the purpose of which is to carry papers inside??!
This looks like a deliberate photo op, set up to make the media hyperventilate, while the real work is done behind closed doors.
The Mexicans that come across the southern border every day for their Free stuff are getting very worried
Is this supposed to be a problem? Sounds like a good sensible first step to me!
Come to think of it, maybe they ought to ask some citizens about those things. Starting with members of the media, actors, and “entertainers”.
Swear an oath to recognize French civil law as superior to Sharia in all matters, including marriage and family disputes.
There were few takers.
We used to exclude as a matter of principle anyone who was a member of the Communist or Nazi Parties. I don't see any reason we shouldn't extend the same test as the French regarding the Constitution and Sharia to Muslim immigrants.
If they violate their oath, they can simply be stripped of citizenship and deported.
Yeah...all well and good but all they'll get is Taqiyya.
I heard a muslim woman on a local talk radio show a couple of years ago, and she said jihad is a First Amendment right.
Don’t bother asking them, they’ll lie (tacquiya).
For the sake of Western Civilization, it can't come soon enough.
For the sake of your progeny, it needs to make the Crusades seem like a junior high scrimmage.
Not that anyone expects invaders NOT to lie- but it’s about damn time we got in their faces some. Maybe something less easy to lie about- like make them step on pages from the Koran and have only staff wearing yarmulkes and crucifixes ‘interview’ them?
Sounds like a good start.
