NPR really thinks that Trump asked a guy to serve, and was turned down?
Did that happen? Did I miss something?
The NPR story said that he turned down a position in the new administration for family reasons. His wife died last year.
Keane’s wife died this June, and General Keane said he was not ready for duty yet.
