“Im willing to bet that 95% of the people in the audience of the Broadway show Hamilton were Clinton supporters, and 95% of Trumps supporters never even heard of Hamilton before this story hit the news.”
So?
They have now, and now they know that this production is full of left-wingers using it as a platform to push politics instead of some “cool” story about a founding father that they may want to see over Christmas.
All I knew about the show was one clip, that I thought was pretty well done. Almost decided to buy the soundtrack.
Now I wont.
Others will now make sure they dont see it, and those that have tickets are canceling theirs.
But it was best for them to trash Pence, and just pretend like one of the most popular productions in the nation (despite what people on FR may want to believe) doesn’t exist.
If Trump said nothing, then what? A couple of blogs would have picked up on it, and some perfunctory fist-shaking on FR would ALL you have gotten from it.
The cast would have seen that as a huge win, and would have turned it up.
“Its probably a similar breakdown for SNL viewers. “
People know what SNL is. Only a few dullards on the right like to pretend they have no ratings and that no one watches EVER.
Clips from that show gets millions of views every week.
Donald Trump isn't a candidate anymore. He's in office for the next four years unless something dramatic happens. It's time for him to leave the WWE crap behind and stay focused on fulfilling his campaign promises.
