After everyone from Jesse Jackson, to the terrified mainstream media to prominent Congressional Democrats have called upon Obama to issue a blanket pardon for Hillary Clinton, he finally admitted that it's not possible to pardon someone who hasn't yet stood trial for a crime. And while Obama was referencing a potential pardon of Edward Snowden with his comments, one could assume that the law should be applied the same way for all U.S. citizens.
I can't pardon somebody who hasn't gone before a court and presented themselves, so that's not something that I would comment on at this point. I think that Mr. Snowden raised some legitimate concerns. How he did it was something that did not follow the procedures and practices of our intelligence community. If everybody took the approach that I make my own decisions about these issues, then it would be very hard to have an organized government or any kind of national security system.

You are exactly right. The Clinton Foundation is gonna be hit hard for a transfer of funds to an offshore account. And it will have nothing to do with a charity. And maybe Soros will ante up as well.

That MAY be the law, and in a normal universe, the law would matter. Hellary has proven time and again that she is above the law and that the law is for us peons, but not her.
Even if he supposedly cannot legally pardon her until there has been a trial, the Repubs will not do a DAMNED THING if he decides to just pardon her anyway. To them, the only thing worse than Hillary walking free is for THEM to be accused of racism for disagreeing with Obama on anything.

Now, as to what you are saying, O’Bama has no love for the Clintons’s. He is not, in any way, involved in these sex escapades; he’s been told this WILL come out - SO - if he doesn’t want to have his name forever linked with providing cover for these cretins, (and he may have been told HE’ll be left alone, if he DOES NOT give them pardons. (But no movement can be made on them until we have the changeover in the guard...I’m gonna take out some stock in popcorn)

I don’t know about Trump not going after Obummer. I hope he looks into Obummer’s student records to see if he applied as a foreign student, then goes from there. This abomination should be exposed and be forced to flee from whence he came. It needs to make the history books that we need to be forever vigilant to prevent this kind of debacle again.
And maybe that 1.8 billion Hillary sent to Qatar is to be spread around to make restitution to the various irate middle eastern leaders. I thought it might have been her pension plan if she had to leave the U.S. in a hurry.
