The other school where well-heeled DC elites attend is St. Albans [i.e. algore, kerry] with a tuition that falls on the other side of this social divide - $42,484.

The downside is that presidential-level security for a public skyscraper in midtown Manhattan is far more difficult than more typical presidential residences. There are people who live in the building, and businesses that operate there, all of which mean there are visitors, members of the general public, deliveries and so on, who will come and go in that building and those adjoining it.
I sure hope Melania has enough time to completely redecorate the White Hut into a beautiful place once again.
Not a mention of the other reason they won’t be moving into the White House immediately.
The Oval Office is scheduled for remodeling to accommodate extensive security upgrades.
