Even if Obama pardons Hillary she must be investigated by the new administration. With a pardon she can not take the fifth amendment.
Even though no jail time would be served, the abject corruption and criminality of the Clintons, Obama, The Department of Justice and the Clinton Foundation must be exposed to the public. If not, those vile creatures will continue to flourish but under the radar for now.
If I were further down the food chain in the Clinton Foundation but guilty of criminal acts I would be very afraid. I would go straight to the Justice Department the day after inauguration and say, "lets make a deal."
We need the truth.
If she gets a pardon she relinquished her claim for the fifth, other than her own bottle of vodka or rum.

We can’t send a message that you can break the law so long as you are in power since you skate free if your side stays in, and if the opposition wins, they look mean going after you. Either way, you pretty much get a free pass to break laws that regular people must obey. What is the risk, therefore, of ignoring laws?

But some WERE indicted. And convicted. And sentenced.
Nixon died in the fullness of his years, never fully rehabilitated, but in relative freedom.
Herself may retain a relative degree of freedom, as well, but essentially the Clinton Crime Syndicate is broken and much of their potential influence is cast to the winds. The RICO statutes may very well apply here, and monetary restitution is but one of the penalties that should, must, be applied.

Even if she is pardoned by Obama for certain of her crimes, compelling her to testify under oath to a grand jury would enable her to be caught in other of her unpardoned crimes and lies. Obama can’t give her an unspecific get out of jail card for any and all crimes, past, present and future. If she opens her mouth under oath, the lies she must tell would alone seal her fate.
I’m not a tweeter, but I would submit that we owe a full investigation to the people of Haiti.

The amount of money that the Clinton’s siphoned off and misdirected to friends of Bill is disgusting. It truly makes me angry because many people donated with the best intent to help the poorest folks in our hemisphere after a massive disaster and their funds went to a cellular phone company and other dubious projects.
We must not let this die. Dare I say, using the logic of the left, that this charity fraud was downright “racist.”

Actually Obama can do this for all Federal Crimes but not future crimes. The Clinton Foundation solicited funds in every state of the United States. That means there are 50 jurisdictions where crimes were committed that can not be pardoned by Obama as they are state crimes and not federal crimes.
Hillary has a problem. Also, if Obama issues a pardon for federal crimes he is admitting his Secretary of State was a criminal. I do not think his ego will allow him to do this.
What would be really amusing is for him to issue a pardon to himself and not Hillary. He can do this.
Schadenfreude is a most vile dish to eat. To the server of this dish it is like fine wine.
