If Jeff Sessions is confirmed as attorney general, it will mean likely sweeping changes for the Justice Department, especially on civil rights policies.
It also could mean even more investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email practices and her family’s charitable foundation.
Sessions, a Republican senator from Alabama who previously served as a U.S. attorney, has been an outspoken critic of the FBI’s investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server, saying on Fox Business Network last month he was “uncomfortable with the way the investigation was conducted” in part because witnesses were not compelled to testify before a grand jury. He also has said it “seems like” the FBI had not fully investigated the dealings of the Clinton Foundation while Clinton was secretary of state and that, in his view, Clinton might have used her position to benefit the foundation.

Considering that Barry is implicated in some of the things she did, and she may have dirt on him in other ways, I think he might be open to a pardon.
I am totally for letting the Egyptians target her individually. Grant them their requested extradition.
Trump needs to call McConnell in for a talk about the need to get rid of the filibuster. It should be priority number one. In a different era, maybe it served to help bring attention to an issue that someone felt strongly about. Mostly, it was used to keep segregation and Jim Crow alive. Lately, it was used to keep Republicans from ever getting their way. It needs to end.
Dirty laws need to be swept away.
How about EQUAL protection of ALL, not just the flavor of the month?

Anything before January 20 would face roadblocks by the Obama Administration. However, after January 20, I believe that individuals, corporations, Public Interest Groups, States, and Foreign Governments could file lawsuits and those lawsuits would go forward unless the Trump Administration intervened. All of the Clintons could spend years in depositions. What fun!

I agree. Go after the “Foundation.” This sort of garden-variety, pay-to-play corruption is easily understood by voters. It’s also the sort of thing for which democrats regularly go to prison.
