His NBC Status was brought up by Hillary in the primary she lost.

As I recall it, her side's initial argument was predicated upon his place of birth. It wasn't until late in the game -- even after the election -- that the Philadelphia lawyer dredged up the one-parent argument. And it was the opening shot of that argument (Chester A. Arthur's dad) that got posted on FR December 8, 2008.

The Obama campaign was so scared of the natural law argument against his eligibility that his operatives removed all references to the Supreme Court case, Minor vs Happersett at Justia.com prior to the election in 2008.

JustiaGate: 'Natural Born' Supreme Court Citations Disappear

MINOR V. HAPPERSETT IS BINDING PRECEDENT AS TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL DEFINITION OF A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

As I recall we had plenty of arguments including no long form NC, mother was not old enough to confer citizenship, forged BC, British Citizenship.........

Cruz who would not at first, answer the question of his NBC status but deferred his answer, later just presumed he was. The host here declared the issue was dead and Cruz was qualified. Many shrugged it off saying if Obama was eligible then so was Cruz.

This is how a Constitution is destroyed a bite at a time.
