Obama can pardon them for past federal crimes. If they immediately leave the country all will be forgiven. If they do not then they are continuing to break the law and should be forcibly deported.
He can issue them a pardon. What he cannot do is provide them with a Green Card. In other words, there would be no misdemeanor charge that could be applied to them, but their immigration status would not change. Checkmate.
Solution to fix immigration, voter fraud, ISIS problem

He can not change their status with a pardon. He can not make them citizens and he can not legalize their presence in the country.
Nice try though.
Ford - Nixon.
The uppity can issue a Pardon for their ILLEGAL ENTRY in to the US, But that will NOT PROTECT them in any way from DEPORTATION.
He does not have the Authority to GRANT CITIZENSHIP OR LEGAL STATUS
Wow...you're right. Thanks for that.
Yes. Again all that free college had little impact on their brains. Pure emotionalism. So will Obama pardon their brattiness?
They are still liable for state and local crimes.
Dream on.
Since Bill clinton enacted retroactive tax increases... Trump should say, even if you are pardoned for being in the country illegally you Voted as a non citizen. You will never have citizenship in this country for trying to undermine our democracy.... If they say... I didnt vote someone did it in my name.... then he will say... oh should have had voter id in your state... Buh bye
Wouldn’t he need to name each of them in order to pardon them?
They are criminal alien invaders...no pardon for you! Pardon are only for USA citizens, you cretins.
What good does a pardon do? It is not citizenship. A pardon doesnt grant them legal status. They can still be deported.
I am not seein how this helps them, except for the criminals among them. Illegally entering America is not a crime per se. We dont imprison people for it. We just deport the. Pardoning does not stop us from deporting them.
