Whatever you think about Bill there is no denying he was one of the most skilled campaigners of the era.

Bill could not run against the economy with Obama simultaneously saying the economy was excellent.

From what I have read, unlike Hillary, Bill actually likes people.

It’s hard to think of career criminals and people who can only succeed if they break the rules, as ‘skilled’ at anything.
If you need voter fraud/fraudulent activity to succeed, it’s admitting UP FRONT that you are inferior and unable to succeed on your own MERIT

Total BS Myth
Won in 92 because of Perot and "Read my lips no new taxes Bush
Lost total control of congress to the GOP in 94
Running as an incumbent in 96 with peace and a good economy couldn't get 50%
After retiring all the major candidates he campaigned for LOST
And advising Hillary to run on the economy---Essentially saying Obama was a complete failure for 8 years would have really gone over big with Obama who she needed to back her
