In the waning days of the presidential campaign, Bill and Hillary Clinton had a knock-down, drag-out fight about her effort to blame FBI Director James Comey for her slump in the polls and looming danger of defeat. 'I was with Bill in Little Rock when he had this shouting match with Hillary on the phone and she accused Comey for reviving the investigation into her use of a private email server and reversing her campaign's momentum,' said one of Bill Clinton's closest advisers. 'Bill didn't buy the excuse that Comey would cost Hillary the election,' said the source. 'As far as he was concerned, all the blame belonged to [campaign manager Robby] Mook, [campaign chairman John] Podesta and Hillary because they displayed a tone-deaf attitude about the feeble economy and its impact on millions and millions of working-class voters.

You always have to wonder what purpose leaking a story like this will serve. Looks like Slick is severing ties in such a way as to preserve his legacy.
People vote their pocketbooks except in times of war or imminent war. Either way this time that meant Trump.
They both deserve each other, and hopefully a life of watching Trump dismantle the government and become popular as a result.
Given Bill’s public comments regarding Obamacare, I believe this story to be true. Bill’s intellect and political instincts have always been far superior to Hillary’s. I hope deep down in her black heart of hearts she knows it and it’s eating her up alive.

But this time Hillary and Oboma owned the bad economy.
Hillary road on Bill’s coattails all her life. She is of that generation where in the early years of her life, a woman’s worth really was tied to what her husband di. Then mid-life, times changed in the country, and more women took responsibility for their own careers and advancement. Hillary never made the switch. She elevated her position through her husband’s career advancement. Then when the time came for her to prove herself, her lack of intelligence and ability came to the fore. Big always knew how to read the electorate and how to make a deal. Hillary has a tin ear.
Toward the end of the election he went off the reservation and tried to talk directly to the white working male. He criticized Obamacare and overtly stated that the economy of Obama has left many, many people behind. I think they put him in the corner after those comments.
Like I said earlier, the Hillary thought that the white male had been sufficiently defeated via population replacement and that all she needed to do was pander to minorities, gays, women, and immigrants.
Obama didn’t even lower to this level of pandering in 2008 and 2012.
Running on ‘the economy’ was impossible.
If they said it was good, well- people know better. If they said it was bad, well they’ve been in charge for 8 years.
They could not run on her record- she didn’t do much of anything and what she did was disastrous. (”Arab Spring”, Benghazi, Russia ‘reset’, ‘HilLIARycare’, Arkansas Education system, etc. etc)
The ONLY thing she had to run on was “Trump is bad”. And the media hammered this so much, as her willing accomplices, that the people are now acting like whiney scared little girls because he won.
While parts of this may be true, I don’t buy into the idea that Bill and Hillary thought there was even the remotest chance they would lose the election.
DAMN!!!! OVER THE PHONE!!!?? Too bad. It would have been nice if the old witch clocked the perv with another lamp!
Bill maybe, Hillary, no way she ever thought she would lose. It wasn’t until about three days before the election they made her put the booze down and hit the trial.
It’s hard to think of career criminals and people who can only succeed if they break the rules, as ‘skilled’ at anything.
If you need voter fraud/fraudulent activity to succeed, it’s admitting UP FRONT that you are inferior and unable to succeed on your own MERIT
Now the talk is that Chelsea will be thrown into politics...another unlikable Clintoon to deal with.
Talk about being in the room when the fit hit the shan. Herself would have plenty of ammunition to fire at Slick, and I don’t think the fight was about something that James Comey did or didn’t say. It is perhaps no longer possible to have a coherent conversation between Herself and ANYBODY, as the dementia is advancing at an accelerating rate, and the middle stages are marked by vastly increasing irascibility and an almost incomprehensible application of illogical reasoning. At some point the medications no longer have the desired effect, and may even exacerbate the symptoms.
Slick Willie ain’t no novice, especially when it comes to dirty politics. He wanted her to fail so he can preserve his title as the One and Only President Clinton.
It must have been maddening for such a glib and facile campaigner as is Bill to watch the clankingly ineffectual efforts of his wife. Like the agony of a superb musician whose kid is tone-deaf.
She got old. She let herself go too much. If she wants to blame somebody she should blame Obama. She probably would have won in 2008.
