Can’t really see the person getting hit in the video. The motorist was not to blame, in my opinion. The video shows a bunch of people walking onto Interstate 5, in the dark, after midnight. Traffic on that freeway is normally travelling at 70+ MPH. The driver would not have been able to see these idiots, and would not have been able to stop quickly.

I have no sympathy whatsoever for these idiots....I do not blame the driver either as THESE VIOLENT NUTS are unpredictable and the SAFEST thing to do is to get away from them which might mean having to go THRU them.
