“The outstanding ballot count could swing the race.”

What does that mean?

Could swing the race in the state. Not the election.

Take New Hampster for example. sHrillary currently leads by 2,528 votes. If there are more than that number of ballots remaining to be processed, it is possible that the vote count could ultimately go to DJT instead. We’re talking about uncounted absentee ballots and provisional ballots that have not yet timed out. in other words, her lead is not insurmountable, however probable or improbable that may be.
