Am I looking at old data here? I'd been hearing Trump 306 pretty regularly, but not seeing that around the web. Seems everybody that I look at have him at 290. Also, the popular vote. Today, I've started to see posts on Facebook claiming DJT also won with popular vote. Now, yeah, could be erroneous, but I just wanted to ask if 1.) there is anything to this popular vote win claim? 2.) Where is a reliable place to find the 2016 Presidential Election Final results?

Well, we must consider that source. The Michigan DOS web site still lists their vote count as “unoffical.” We are still awaiting the Fat lady’s aria.

That is incorrect. There are two very important reasons that all ballots are counted. 1) down ballot races 2) parties (Libertarian, e.g.) wanting to have candidates on the ballot in subsequent years must have a good enough showing in the current election.
A state can be declared for a candidate without all ballots being counted if the number of absentee ballots remaining to be counted could not reverse the outcome. But eventually, they will all be counted.

I don’t think we’ll know the actual popular vote tally for some time. There are estimates out there that up to 3 million illegal aliens voted. Granted, all of those would not necessarily go to Clinton, but you can bet a vast majority of them did.
Some RAT dominated districts are probably still “finding” boxes of “misplaced” ballots.

As far as I can see, when/if AP updates the states - most media outlets will update too - right now they aren’t updating the state count.
NYT is predicting Trump at 306. Then click “all states” and you see 305. Incomplete states are listed. New Hampshire, might be the sticking point.

too many states would have to be reversed by lawsuit. If the EV had been closer and only one state would have to flipped by judicial fiat, you could bet your bottom dollar the Dems would be suing.

I keep seeing that nonsensical “fact” repeated on FR over and over again. Even on the face of it, it makes zero sense. Most states have MULTIPLE OTHER issues besides President on the ballot, races such as Senator and Congressmen and multiple state-wide initiatives. These other races don’t run in lockstep with the Presidential race: some are winning and some are losing. So ALL the votes have to be counted to determine the result of all the OTHER races in the state besides President.
