The staff doesn’t have to be replaced.

Still the “Sarah Palin...er, Donald Trump is SO stupid” meme is already old.

Right Yahoo, Drain the Swamp surely meant that Trump wants to keep all those currently in the WH and DC in place. /s

Their lies and stupidity knows no bounds.

"Seemed surprised..."

Seemed may likely presumably..., all verbs and adjectives that are injected to prove that the MSM have know idea what they are talking about.

Classic Dem playbook.
The racist/sexist thing didn’t work to keep him out of office - now that he’s is its time to go with the idiot meme.
It’s gets boring after a while, it’s so predictable.

Well, that’s it then. This is surely the beginning of the end of the Trump presidency

Trump’s aides were also apparently unaware that the entire staff of the president working in the White House’s West Wing would need to be replaced

**************

This is pure nonsense. Why would Trump want to keep even one of them? More media BS.

POPCORN! POPCORN Need more POPCORN!

Watch, President Donald Trump (I never get tired of saying or writing that!) will probably need only half of the current staffing level to run the Whitehouse. With the money saved, he will probably build that ballroom. :-)

The place no doubt needs complete fumigation, I just hope they don’t have to take the drywall down to the studs - could get messy.

Sad that what passes for “journalism” keeps reporting this tripe. I guarantee Zero was more surprised that being president was a real JOB in 2008 when he met with Bush than Trump was.

If anything Trump might have been surprised by the stuff Obama thought he had to do instead of relying on a competent staff.

Does anyone else remember the days of Jimmy Carter working on the schedule for the White House tennis courts?

Report: Trump was unfamiliar with the scope of the president's job when meeting Obama

Like Obama had a clue after his election. Like Trump never talked to Newt and Pence?

And where did this report rumor originate, since the only two people at the closed-door meeting were Trump and Obama?

That info would have had to come from Obama...who is still unfamiliar with the job. He knows the perks but not the job.

Yes, I agree with the title...

Trump thought that his purpose was to own many golf courses.

Obama thought that his purpose was to spend as much time as possible on the golf courses.

I suppose that Alexander the Great was unaware how complicated the Gordian Knot was before he conquered Phrygia.

Goodness what nonsense: “unaware that the entire staff of the president working in the White House’s West Wing would need to be replaced”.

I believe President-Elect Trump fully understands the WH staff needs to go, along with most of the people in the entire Executive Branch. I just wish it would be easier for him to fire all the lazy, commie, anti-American bureaucracy.

Just so I understand the article is saying that a multi-billionaire is not equipped or intelligent enough to manage the office of US President yet a former door knocker and multi-bath house user was or is. You are kidding, RIGHT
I believe President-elect Trump was in awe, no doubt about it. Obviously it is a huge responsibility to serve as President. But that is the difference between Trump and the door knocker. Trump IS WILLING TO SERVE the people while the door knocker just wanted service from the people.
