This is soooooo very stupid. I do not recall that Obama was ever described as ‘unaware of the scope’ of the presidency. Trump is the CEO of a huge business empire, a lot of experience as an administrator. He understands this completely.

Obama was an untried Senator with only 2 years in DC; his tenure in the Illinois Senate was mostly to be absent and non voting; his pre-politician days were as a community organizer.

Given his total lack of any qualification, it would not be surprising that Obama would not know about developing an agenda, a mission, etc. Maybe that is why he needed so many Csars in the WH????

But the MSM never mentioned this, not once.

Nothing like giving the Queen of England a set of DVD’s for your first Kenyan trip to England though...

And the fact that "He didn't know the West Wing's staff would need to be replaced" is completely irrelevant. Doesn't matter if it's a true statement or not.

President Elect Trump (love that!!!) won't be sitting across from the table, reading resumes of every secretary and assistant to the vice-department head. He has people who do that.

Good executives pick excellent people, then delegate. Trump is a good executive.

>Is anyone who sits down in the Oval Office REALLY prepared for the duties of the POTUS?

Hummmm. From my reading of the Constitution, it doesn’t appear to be much work to begin.

IMO, our FRiends here fall into the same trap of projecting duty XYZ upon the presidency than is entitled\authorized.

Yep.

I'm in IT. Got promoted fast at my first consulting gig, wound up as director of field ops after a year or so, had 75-80 people reporting to me. Also, was so far in over my head that I couldn't see straight. Was a miserable and complete failure. It was a textbook example of the Peter Principle at work.

20-odd years later, I'm an executive again. Every day, I'm amazed at how little I knew back then. And, every day I learn something new in my current position. Never ceases to amaze me how shifting one small piece of the puzzle affects the entire company. Making good decisions is 10x harder than frontline grunt work.

Why? Too sensitive?

We need to hear what is being said out there, I’d rather hear it hear first than from some idiot on the street.

'Sensitive?'   You obviously don't know me.

Rational oppo reports are one thing, desperation agitprop another.

I am thinking of starting a rumor on social media: — within 15 minutes of taking his oath, Trump will personally arrest and waterboard Obama.

The media wants us to think he and his team are in total disarray.

That's what they said throughout his campaign, and it's why he lost... oh, wait.

I think he should hire Linda Tripp out of retirement and let her set things up. She has proved he can trust her.

That info would have had to come from Obama...who is still unfamiliar with the job. He knows the perks but not the job.

At least Trump knows to keep his feet off the furniture.

I have to say, trump must be shocked, How much cleanup is needed?

From the jump, that striped wallpaper has got to go!

He'll have Ivanka come over from the nearby Trump Hotel to renovate the West Wing, while Melania does the private quarters, and the entire family can work out the public reception rooms.

So let me get this straight. obama who cannot even drive a car knows how everything works because he is sooo smart while Donald Trump who has run a multi billion dollar real estate company for decades and has hired 10’s of thousands of people and has built skyscapers is too dumb.
