Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg Attacked by Left for Lacking Bias to Help Hillary Win

After a year of Facebook scandals for bias in its trending “News Feed” against conservatives, CEO Mark Zuckerberg is now being attacked by the Left for allowing negative stories to appear that supposedly cost Democrat Hillary Clinton the presidency.

The Left is spitting mad that Donald Trump won the presidency. Rather than accept the vote of the people, progressives are lashing out at Facebook for not doing enough to stop the proliferation of what they call “fake news” about Hillary Clinton regarding Benghazi, handling of emails and the probability of her being indicted by the FBI.

Lashing out against Facebook got so intense that Zuckerberg in his keynote speech for Techonomy16 that opened the day after the election, responded that Facebook is always trying to improve the quality of the News Feed experience. But he also stated:

“Personally, I think the idea that fake news on Facebook, of which it’s a very small amount of the content, influenced the election in any way is a pretty crazy idea.”

Facebook has triumphed in casting its trending News Feed as the main-stream-media for the 21st Century. According to the Pew Research Center, 66 percent of Facebook’s 156.5 million U.S. users now get the majority of their daily news from the site.

The company suffered a major scandal in May, when a former journalist at News Feed, told the Gizmodo web site that he and other Facebook staff members routinely suppressed news stories of interest to conservative readers from the social network’s influential “trending” news feed section.

Well, Mr. Zuckerberg, you might want to have your lawyers on retainer because it's VERY likely you--along with the CEO's of Apple, Cisco Systems, Google, Netflix, Oracle, Twitter and Yahoo!--will have to testify in Congress on what was discussed during that private dinner with President Obama on February 17, 2011. If we find out that there was a gentlemen's agreement to tweak search and discovery algorithms to essentially censor the political Right, then your company could be liable for violating the First Amendment, since the censoring was done with possibly personal blessing of President Obama himself at that dinner.

Depends on what your goals are. Also go in with a clearly defined budget. If you accidentally hit a wrong button or aren’t that familiar with how to do a behind the scenes cancellation (Although I have yet to see a cancellation button) you could get charged again for the same charge for the same length of time. The problem with Facebook is that there is no human help. You’re on you own to research through their ‘help’ links.

Celeb Twitter accounts were taken over and were posting the same anti-trump comments and pro clinton comments during the election. I do not know if the celebs knew or were afraid to complain or agreed with the mass propaganda.

There was heavy censorship by Facebook of the right and its members, on top of the liberal digital mobs who flagged every conservative person and post as hate speech.

FB did a very good job of suppressing pro-Trump postings. I know because I would post and repost the same things hour after hour to keep them in front of peoples eyes. I lost a lot of so called friends, but it was my part. I found a lot of friends too by the way, and even convinced some Hillary supporters to swing away from the “Dark Side”.
