My 3 go to veggies. Belgian Endive, Green Beans and ARTICHOKES!!!! Thanks man. Love Love Love Artichokes. Other than the traditional hearts quartered into paella, my favorite way is to snip off the pricks after taking off the hardest “leaves” then open and scrape out the choke, and boil for 35 minutes. Melt a half stick of butter, add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder (Yes powder) and then dip and scrape the leaves with your teeth. The heart and stem are just heavenly as well. Scumdillyicious.
