All the moon pix I’ve posted the past few months were done with that camera. And it was one of the cheaper ones. The kid at the store kept trying to move me over to the $1,000-plus cameras but I wasn’t going for it. They probably wouldn’t have done a much better job than the one I got.
I didn’t go full zoom and maybe I should give it a try to see what turns out. Heading out the door to give it a try.
Well, turns out I wasn’t far from full zoom before. At full zoom, the edges are cropped out and that’s no fun. Can’t see the crater bumps along the edges.
Nicon’s are great cameras. I don’t even use another camera besides my phone camera any more, though. Totally easy to share immediately without having to plug anything into the laptop.
The pictures aren’t bad, and I’m lazy. LOL!
