The source doesn’t appear to be particularly credible, but there have been various nations including Russia that have issued arrest warrants for Soros in the past, he’s infuriated a lot of governments with his currency manipulation and interference.
Given the Wikileaks validation of some of the worst speculation and rumor regarding Soros bankrolling Democrats, the odd saber rattling and steady drumbeat for war with Russia coming from certain quarters starts to make sense.
Would Soros be encouraging his bought surrogates to go to war with Russia because Putin had issued an international, dead-or-alive warrant on him? Sure he would, he’s got the best governments money can buy. He’s going to use them.

George Soros has very important information for both Russia and the U.S.
I propose we cut him in half in the interest of good relations between our two countries. :-)

Did he discuss this with Trump and not Zero? That would be a sharp stick in the eye.
He has Zero bent over grabbing his ankles. If Zero can’t make good on his payments to Soros, Zero should be all in to take him down .
