Just looked to me like Trump is eager to get started and not very pleased that he has to cool his heels for 2 whole months before he can get in there and start in.
Just saw a pic of an interview that is coming up (on the Hannity thread about Forgotten Man picture) and Trump has his hands pointed down in the exact same way.
It just may be his “thing”
