If they do, Trump should pull an Abraham Lincoln on ‘em. I’ll start making carpet bags for side money.

I say let them...

We can build the wall along the Mexico border, and right up the California eastern border.

No food stamps, no welfare, no federal aid, and no military protection.
Feed yourself, defend yourself, and relinquish all those electoral votes that Democrats take for granted every election cycle.

We shouldn’t have any problem learning how to do without you... but I doubt you have the ability to learn how to do without the federal government.

Millions have died so that our nation could remain safe. They gave their lives for Republicans and Democrats. We have seen a shift in our nation, but we are still a nation.

If millions died to keep the sacred trust, shouldn’t we be willing to try to take back our lost territory?

Ten people ot of 36 million or so Californians go to the state capital to get some attention, and some FReepers can’t wait to chime in saying, if those ten want to go, the other 36 million should have to accept it.

The nation’s busiest sea ports are in California. San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco is where they are located. In times of war we need those ports.

What folks have just signed on to, is a deal where anyone who gains control of California, could agree to have a Chinese or Russian military presence there. Hey, those ports would come in handy.

California has the sixth largest economy in the world. Hey, why not gift that to Mexico or a single entity Astlan?

FRee Republic resides in California. So do 35% of the voters who picked Trump over Clinton. Hey, no problem, they deserve to be abandoned by loyal citizens.

Folks we have our work cut out for us. We need to tackle the problems of unions, universities, and guys like George Soros.

If we let California go, we’ll be playing right into their hands. They’ll focus on other states and soon we’ll have lost the entire West coast and stats inland from there.

I know folks think they are being loyalist when they champion the cause of getting rid of bad states. In fact what they are championing is something no enemy has been able to do, take mainland United States soil without a fight.

I live in California. The largest financial support group for Free Republic every quarter for years, does as well.

California is a problem. If folks want to develop focus groups on how to change that, I’m all for it. We shouldn’t get rid of California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, New Mexico or Colorado. We shouldn’t get rid of New York or other states.

Folks, we need to come up with strategies that serve us well, not George Soros well.

Good. That will reduce the number of liberals remaining in the rest of the country and increase the concentration of conservatives. Let them take Oregon with them.

There are liberals in Washington and Oregon that want these states to secede. If, somehow they did secede and probably would be able to secede only by a civil war in which the NWlibs are backed by China and/or other foreign powers. If, that happened a huge number of people would move to Idaho and there would have to be a building boom there to accomodate all the ex-Washingtonians and ex-Oregonians. Probably over a third of Kootenai County residents are former blue state residents who moved there for a better state government, there would be a lot more there if Washington seceded! I have a sister and brother-in-law that live in Idaho that used to live in Washington and Oregon.
