On his transition website GreatAgain.gov, the Trump team has laid out the framework of his initial policies with policies focused i) on American Security including as Defense and National security, Immigration Reform and Building That Wall, and Energy Independence; ii) Getting America Back to Work Again including Tax Reform; Regulatory Reform; Trade Reform; Education; Transportation & Infrastructure and Financial Services Reform; and iii) Government for the people including Healthcare Reform (Obamacare), Veterans Administration Reform and Protecting Americans' Constitutional Rights.

Here’s is my submission.

Gov. Telework allows Gov. employees to essentially have a 3 day work week and 4 day weekend as they are allowed up to 4 telework days per pay period. Telework policy is also based on a false assumption that it “removes harmful carbon” from the air, which is ludicrous. Little or no oversight is performed to check if the teleworkers stay in their “home offices” during work hours and appalling fraud and abuse of the telework policy is well documented, see Dept of Commerce USPTO hundreds of full time teleworker hires defraud the Government. Clearly Gov. workers cannot be trusted and are using Telework to rob the people’s Treasury for illicit gain. Eliminate Telework for Gov. Employees immediately.
