This can not be emphasized enough...As soon as Republicans in the Senate bring up the vote to repeal, dimocrats will attempt to filibuster...when Republicans try to use reconciliation, dims will scream bloody murder and try to make it a political issue for the '18 mid-terms, and they will never mention that they used the exact same tactic to pass Obamacare in the first place. And of course, the media will completely back the dims' narrative.
