I don’t think he’ll Prosecute her.
Perhaps he does not prosecute her but she and the foundation still need to be investigated and a just determination made, at that point he could spare her if he chooses.
You may be correct as to many of the Clinton criminal violations.
IMO, however, he will do something significant if he wants federal, military and NY city and state law enforcement to hold him in high regard, or even to respect him.
Both Mr. & Mrs. BJ have done some ugly things that have not been on the nightly news.
