Californians have passed a ballot initiative that expands on some of the nations toughest gun control measures.
Proposition 63 won on Tuesday and in early reporting had 63 percent of about 4.5 million votes cast.
It calls for a ban on large-capacity ammunition magazines; background checks for ammunition sales and speeding the seizure of firearms from people who are no longer allowed to own them.

May Almighty God protect the good people of California. They sure as heck can’t protect themselves.

Now that’s really stupid.

And of course, that will result on fewer gun crimes.
Ah, liberals, correct conclusions are one of the many things they will never reach.

speeding the seizure of firearms from people who are no longer allowed to own them. Remember, it's impossible to go door-to-door to collect illegals but entirely possible to search entire dwellings for small objects.

We escaped SoCal in 2015 for E Tennessee. Best thing we ever did.
From where did you flee and to which state?
Gives us one more thing to celebrate.

Note to President Trump. Get a new Justice on the SCOTUS immediately and tell him to get the 2A resolved this year. Note to the Congress, pass a nationwide CCW law and legislation preempting ALL STATE AND LOCAL GUN LAWS.

Should be a gem heading into Trump’s supreme court...LOL

Many people don’t know it, but California has border stations—supposedly to inspect for forbidden out-of-state fruit. I expect they’ll be looking for ammo smugglers too.

The Supreme Court
"DC v Heller" and
"Mcdonald v Chicago" decisions say that the right to keep and bear arms is a civil right.
The new DOJ needs to start enforcing it that way, and make elected officials subject to penalties the same as any other official civil rights violations.
