There are no constitutional restrictions on the power of the pardon. It can be issued by the President to any person for any reason. Charges and or conviction is irrelevant.

Right, and any pardon of himself or others, is an admission of "We are GUILTY."

Because if they are not guilty than why would there be a need for a pardon?
