At a campaign rally in Novi, Michigan Friday evening, Donald Trump asked President Barack Obama not to "pardon Clinton and her co-conspirators" if any charges were filed related to the email scandal.
"Mr. President," Trump said. "Will you pledge not to issue a pardon to Hillary Clinton and her co-conspirators for their many crimes against our country, and against society itself. No one is above the law."

Would someone here please help Hillary fill out her application form. It will be a long application and I am not sure she is up to it right now.

Two words: Ford. Nixon.
I'm really surprised at how many people don't remember history.
My crazy theory is Hillary offered a quick concession for Trump to not prosecute. Both sides win...
Nixon was pardoned in exactly that way.
Again, go read a history book or Wikipedia.
Nixon was never impeached. He resigned before the House could vote, because Republican Senators told him they wouldn't protect him.
Ford issued a preemptive pardon to Nixon, preventing him from being prosecuted by the DoJ -- who were ready to do so.
Private citizen is probably the wrong word, I mean of no significance to anyone:^)
Will Huma return to Middle East or find a new leftist to latch onto?
So were all of the draft dodgers pardoned by Carter.
Does Obama even know all the things she needs pardoning of/from? Can he write a blank pardon check?
The IRS is already investigating the Clinton Foundation. It's not front page news, but it's been going on for a while:
The Dallas IRS Office That's Quietly Determining the Fate of the Clinton Foundation
But, I differ from you about the emails. Clinton and her staff violated the classified info NDA they signed with the federal government. The SF-312 signed by Hillary is public information -- you can look it up.
At the very least, they should be prosecuted for the misdemeanor charge of unlawful removal and retention of classified information.
That could be, but if that were the case, Trump would lose a lot of the respect he has garnered from people.
If he pardons her, then the only solution would be to either prove that Obama was involved in the crime/cover-up, or prove that he was never president and the pardon is void. I think I know which one President Trump would pick :-)
I'm not sure, but wouldn't Hillary have to be charged specifically to be absolved?
“That is true, but Hillary is still just a private citizen, her going to jail wont matter to the country, like if she were a President...”
According to Judge Jeanine Pirro (YouTube; news analysis) Clinton threw down the gauntlet to Obama in a speech where she said, “everybody knew about my private server,” (as if that makes it okay.) We know now that Obama’s secure devices were regularly updated with her new private server address. If she is tried she will bring him in as a witness for her. He will be implicated in all of her activities. He will most likely give her and everybody involved a blanket pardon for all crimes.
In exchange for a pardon, the three Clintons should plead out like Spiro Agnew did in exchange for probation and liquidate the Clinton Foundation. Their minions should face justice (like the Watergate co-conspirators) and serve their time in prison as a civic lesson never to blindly follow or enable corrupt leaders.
I'm good with that, but with the provision that "she leaves the scene". I'll even settle for a preemptive pardon of Bill and Chelsea, along with the dismantling of the Clinton Foundation.
I never want to hear from or about the Clintons again. Their presence in politics has been a stain on this country, and I want their names to forever have a footnote in the history book:
* Pardoned for a long list of crimes.
A pardon from Obama will be the final stain on her legacy and assures that Chelsea never aspires to national office.
But he will grant it. She will take him down with her if he doesn’t.
Trump needs to stay on this when he meets with Zero. It is unacceptable for someone to commit felonies and then skate because they’re a famous politician, whether they’re a D or an R, female or male, black or white.
