Revenge is a dish best served cold! Gotta love it!

Off topic but why the hell did they call Colorado so early. Right now on SOS website, it’s Hillary 47.12% and Trump 44.81% with 13 partially completed counties left to report.

I didn’t like that early call on CO.

Nuking Charlottesville would raise the IQ of the Commonwealth. I weep for Jefferson’s creation, he’d be advocating the same.

If you read Silver’s final forecast, this outcome was one of his reasonably conceivable scenarios, and he was not at all happy with what looked to be poll herding, and this particular scenario was the most likely result if herding was happening.

At the moment, Trump is trailing in the popular vote, at least as it has been reported. PA, Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin and New Hampshire are all close enough that a pollster with completely accurate poll reports should have rated them coin tosses—Trump won four of the five, and lost only the smallest one.

It was a near-run thing. Silver has admitted many times that he has messed up with Trump in various ways. In his last week, he was giving Trump about 30% chance of pulling it off, and a 10% chance of doing so while loosing the popular vote. These are higher percentages than most prognosticators.

“It was intentional, and they know it.”

Exactly! They are not sorry they were wrong...they knew all along they were wrong but were desperately trying to change the narrative, just as they have done so many times before!

Praying this election leads to a much overdue end to the stranglehold of the media by lockstep liberals who wouldn’t know the truth if it hit them in the head!I am so weary of trying to tell my Millennial friends that almost none of what they see or read is accurate!

The media lies. Then they lie some more.

That is their M.O. and we should never forget it.

“Sabato should find another line of work. Weather forecasting, for example.”

So should Karl Rove.

“That said, apprently the IBD, LA Times and People’s Pundit Daily Polls were somewhat accurate.”

If we had voter ID they would have been dead accurate.

And it would lower the crime rate.

Seriously, buy A Patriot's History of the United States today.

Not only you'd be thanking LS, it's a great history book. And textbook.

I wonder how it's going to be subtitled in the next edition. My suggestion: "From Columbus Great Discovery to Making America Great Again."

I wish that one of his first acts would be to withhold federal funding from “sanctuary cities”, as they are breaking the law. That's exactly the threat which the left holds over conservative areas when they do things which the left disapproves, even legal things. We should use this against them, especially when they're breaking the law.

Yeah, if you simply corrected the +15 turnout model they were giving Hillary with the actual turnout from the primaries, it was easy to see Trump had the lead most of the time.

Trump should demand presidential press pool of unknowns, non of the party apparatchik welcome in the press tent. Or totally ignore all questions from the hillarybots.

I looked at the areas of Colorado that were still unreported when Colorado was called for Clinton.

The big outstanding areas were along I-25 south of Colorado Springs. Pueblo for example. The areas were either DEM areas or sparsely populated. There weren’t any big REP votes in that area.

Frankie should be immediately fired by Fox. As most FReepers know, Luntz tweeted last night that Trump was heading for defeat, based on exit polling data he saw from Michigan and Wisconsin. Never mind that serious questions were emerging about the validity of that data—and he was basing his prediction on turnout among college students in Ann Arbor and Madison. And, if I’m not mistaken, polls were still open in both states at the time.

Luntz has zero credibility and character. Won’t listen to anything he has to say again. Same with Sabato. His “models” were clearly slanted towards Hillary and this morning, he looks like the winner of this year’s Pauline Kael “How Could He Win—I Don’t Know Anyone who Voted for Him” prize.

On the other hand, Pat Caddell deserves a lot of credit. He’s been warning about a political uprising by the working and middle class against the elites for at least three years, and even suggested it could be a ticket to the White House. Wonder if a certain NYC real estate billionaire was paying attention.

Yep, Luntz should go find work at a trash dump and work for free.

May I suggest navel gazing?

I don’t think he is a hack. He is trying to accurately predict the election. He missed it big. They all did. Kind of like Michael Barone missing the Romney win.
