Huh? What are you swawkin about?
That is what I was thinking!
Such a system would have to account for population differences, maybe. Or not—one elector per county would negate the effect of vote fraud, by making it impossible to manufacture votes to negate those of neighboring counties.
Who made this up? We should know well by now that all msm intuitions are by default corrupt and wrong.
Google, fascist and globalist Eric Schmidt? The a-holes that spike searches that they don’t like.
If it’s true that CA and NY never count their absentee votes, then we never have a complete count anyway.
Didn’t Soros say Trump would win the popular vote and lose the electoral vote?
Maybe....but myself, I knew the chance was fairly high it would happen. Repubs are much more likely to do it then Dems in any given election.
Lol! The national popular vote and $1 will get you a cup of coffee. But if it makes the left sleep better at night when Trump appoints 3-4 conservative Supreme Court Justices and build the wall to know that Hillary won the popular vote, then more power to them.
“Wait for it.... no mandate!”
Doesn’t matter...as truth no longer matters. We can still say “We have a mandate.”
Oh, and...”We won.”
It is still amazing to me that many people voted for the Sea Hag. Even in my home state of Texas. I’d like to meet one of these people because I know of no one who voted for her. I suppose they were mostly minorities and single women who wanted to see a woman president.
You are making a bigger deal about it than anyone else. Why is that?
Gonna be slight if it holds, less than Gore.
TAKE OUT THE ILLLEGALS and Trump easily wins. Take out the DEAD PEOPLE and he’s over 50%.
The county by county map shows the urban “cheat” island effect.
Democrats in back rooms still manufacturing fake mail in votes.
It’s mainly due to the difference of votes of dead people, multiple vote voters, illegal immigrants, bought-off bums & little old ladies & non English speaking disinteresteds.
Oh yeah and, naive Milennials, racist minorities, LIVs
Have I left anyone out?
When you deduct 1/2 million illegal Mexican and other fraudulent votes, no, Hillary did not win the popular vote. No more than Gore did.
Both candidates know what the rules are ahead of time, and decides where to spend limited resources.
If Trump wanted the popular vote rather than the win, he could thrown $50 million away on the west coast in advertising and have gotten another 300,000 meaningless votes. Some would-be Trump voters in CA also didn’t bother to show up as they knew the state was a lock for HRC.
FWIW, in practical terms that would be impossible without an Amendment. Per the Constitution:
“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress...”
A state would have to have the same number of counties / parishes (Louisiana) as “Senators and Representatives” before they could decide to give themselves one elector per county. And then that would be subject to change in ten years anyway upon the results of a new Census.
Notice it’s always the blue counties to report last...it takes time to crank out those “extra” votes.
It bears repeating.
Some put the fraudulent votes total much higher. It's time for a Trump repopulated Supreme Court to rule on the constitutionality of poll watching measures, so that leftists judges do not have discretion to allow for corrupting the vote.
The popular vote is a cliffhanger.
Trump 59,589,821
Clinton 59,796,311
Only 200,000 votes out of over 120 million votes cast separate the nominees.
Trump’s surge in the final two weeks of the campaign was the greatest political comeback in American history.
