CNN panel keep saying that Trump might lose the popular vote and Clinton might have more of the popular vote.

Right now Trump has just over 1 million more votes than Clinton and Trump has maintained a similar lead all evening:

Clinton:
55,558,708 votes (47.2%)

Trump:
56,664,707 votes (48.1%)

CNN finally calls something: Trump wins Wisconsin. By their map that gives him 257.

You’d guess there’s about 2 million or more net votes for Clinton yet to be reported on the West Coast and in Hawaii. A Clinton plurality of at least a few hundred thousand votes, maybe even over a million votes, seems likely.
