I thought would share this. I live in Dayton, OH in a pretty solid GOP district. I have lived and voted here for a number of years. I have never seen such the number of people out to vote! Typically I have to wait about 10 min. This year I am in for a solid 45 to 50 min wait. People are parked all over the place, in the grass, everywhere!
I have to think this is a good thing for Trump.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
I can see from my window the entrance to a large polling place in the inner Philly burbs - majority Dem area. There has been no line so far this morning, mostly older voters.
Thank you for the report. It sounds exciting, hope to see your state be in the Trump column tonight.
Good news from a critical state!!! Thank you for making my morning coffee a little sweeter.
I pray your right.
Dayton, Harrison Township - was there at 6:30, and there were about 40 people waiting when the doors opened. - TRUMP!
My wife opted to get to the polls before they opened to try to be near the front. I will take a peek this morning and if too long, will wait until working folks are done this morning.
You cancelled one stuffed ballot in Cleveland.
God Bless and protect Donald Trump and Mike Pence!
Those folks don’t get up before noon.
Hopefully only in conservative districts!
Big turnout = the motivated voters, and this year that ain’t Granny.
Voted early this AM in Virginia Beach. we are in a HEAVY navy district, blue collar beach community that includes Little Creek Navy Base and SEAL teams. No Hillary signs AT all....Voted at the Baptist Church, about 200 people in line at 6 am. My neighbor got there at 515 and said the line was 200+. Not many wearing RED, COLD here so lots of jackets ( I guess no one has bright red jackets, also no real Virginia sports teams with red in their colors). Sample ballots were handed out. ALL were Yellow, no blue or salmon papers. Cant tell you how I feel about it though, I tend to be more of a cynic, large enlisted population with minorities in line. Paper Ballots were used and then scanned into a machine, I accidentally glanced at the ballot of an AA male in navy fatigues 30ish enlisted in front of me that had checked the box for Hillary. Not sure what that means, kind of expected it. We have a HUGE ballot initiative down here to use 100s of millions of dollars to extend a light rail to Va Beach that nobody uses now and a corrupt mayor that is in hot water. Lots of voters turning out for those issues. In other words people voting against those issues are voting against Hillary.
Dems don’t have to show up at the polls.
They have poll workers to fill out the ballots for them
First in line at my polling place with 10 minutes till polls open and 30 people behind me and growing here in Florida panhandle
In West Islip on Long Island, near the belly of the beast in NYC.
Very busy poll at 6:30am... Big turnout for an election that Trump does not have a hope to win in NY... interesting....
I think the Donald will win Long Island, but no way will it be enough to overcome NYC... but like me, perhaps people have had enough of the establishment elites rule... I pray it is true...
DRAIN THE SWAMP!!!!
Trump voters, like you will stand in line for hours to vote.
Don’t think Hillary voters will have that same commitment.
I heard one GOP pundit say the lower the turn out the better for Trump.
I don’t think that opinion is accurate this year!
BWY, I voted in early voting.
I agree.
I was among the first to vote in my town, about 45 minutes ago now.
There was a line. And I got there before it opened.
VOTE.
Suburban Richland County, SC about 250 people in line at 0700. Now 0749 and about 30 still in front of me.
