C’mon. I was here. I saw the hope and the disappointment. This board really believed McCain and Romney were going to win. You’re looking at it in hindsight.

Yes, polls have been wrong before and that’s what I’m hoping for, an unmeasured turnout in favor of Trump. Really, it’s possible, but lazy asses have to go to the polls in numbers that they haven’t in the recent past.

It’s silly to believe that everyone who questions the party line is a democrat mole. That’s unnecessary defensiveness, but is characteristic of this board for at least the last 15 year. I’m probably more conservative that you. I don’t believe the government should do anything but national defense, infrastructure and regulate interstate commerce. Everything else should be left to the states. Healthcare, education, pay for it yourself.

Tomorrow, I’ll head to my polling location in my crimson red parish and vote for Trump, Scalise and Fleming and hope to God I’m wrong about the presidential election.

No, what is silly is to rewrite history!

No one thought McCain was going to win in 08!

Especially since he shut down his campaign to play Senator and still sided with Bush!

Romney had good poll numbers, until the infamous picture with Chris Christie with O after the hurricane.

Just because there was some hopeful people on the threads, doesn't mean most of us didn't know Obama was going to win.

That is what really happened in both 08 and 12.
