“In Florida, its Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, surrounding Tampa and St. Petersburg;”
I don’t know how they get that. Those two counties are not even the largest counties in Florida.
Pinellas county, here. We are the most population dense area that is not solidly blue or red.
Here’s a description of the professor’s logic:
Populous blue counties will stay blue.
Populous red counties will stay red.
Where the state is a toss-up, the professor looks at counties that are mixed red and blue, where the counties are usually suburban and adjacent to populous blue and red counties, then he sees these counties as deciding whether the entire state will be tipped to one candidate or the other in terms of electoral votes.
Therefore, what the professor is saying is that battleground states will be decided by a handful of overlooked counties and that for all battleground states, the presidential election outcome might be determined by a small number of counties inside those battleground states.
What this thread is saying is that the Soros people know this, and they have planned accordingly, and that poll monitors must be informed and alert to this type of fraud.

Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties abut growing coke and meth Counties.
Because Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties are the western edge of the I4 Corredor. How the Corridor votes determines the statewide election. We know the democrats will carry SFL. NFL and the Panhandle will vote Republican.
