If every state’s electoral votes were split as they are in Maine, would this be a benefit to republicans?

When you say split, is that predetermined? You mean they have so many for Dems and so many for GOP? How does the vote affect this?

Maine is divided into 2 Congressional districts. While many states is based on statewide popular vote (all or nothing) Maine’s districts can be won by one candidate and the other can be won by the other candidate.

In a normal year, I might agree in PA. I was in Western PA a few weeks back. The support for trump was insane compared to Romney, McCain or Bush. These were towns where the white, unionized working class has voted Dem for years....cause that’s what they did. These folks are madder than hell and Trump should do much better in those areas vs previous Rep candidates.

Trumps add on BTN during the PSU/Iowa game was really, really good. Hill is on the ropes and everyone knows it.
