That’s true of the vast majority, but there may be 20%-25% that ultimately can be reached. Trump will have done well if he gets 15% of the black vote.
Look at it this way — I don’t want a black undecided voter coming here and thinking that we’re apologists for offensive remarks.

Crack, coke powder, makes no difference to me. Execute the dealers, from street level to kingpin, no plea deals, and the problem will go away.

Two different animals. An alcoholic beverage can be taken as a refreshment without intoxication. The sole purpose of any of the drugs (non-medical use, that is) is to get high.
Alcohol can be abused, but with drugs the intent amounts to abuse.
